To all residents, we are doing great things for the development. New island landscape cleanup and upgrades, pot holes fixed, speed humps being fixed, new signage at front of development, sign up for evergreen waste trash service reduced to $78.00 a quarter , savings of $32.00 quarter and $128.00 savings a year, new paging app system coming soon to communicate better, etc etc
